Did your item arrivedamaged or different? If so you are protected and can make a claim, theprocedure is outlined below.

1. Within 45 days of receiving the product contact us with aphoto or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund orreplacement.

2. We will review the claim and contact you if we need moreinformation.

3. If approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may alsobe asked to return the product.


2. How to return a product?

Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, allaccessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

Contact us to get a RMA (return merchandise authorization) IDfirst to process the first step of return.

If a product is DOA or shipped incorrectly, feelwarmfromheart will coverall shipping charges. For all other cases of returns, our staff will quote youthe actual shipping costs incurred (the non-refundable portion).

We will process refund to you in 10 business days as thelogistic days of the return will last around 10 days. The time of refunds toaccounts is depends on the processing speed of the bank. If you want areplacement after refund, kindly please reorder the item, we will arrangeshipment to you once the payment completed. Or you can inform us that you wanta replacement instead of refund when you apply the return question.


3. Restrictions about the Returns:

Any customized, volume discount, and/or wholesale orders are notincluded in the warranty if they are not exist batch defective.

When returning, we recommend to use a traceable shipping way. feelwarmfromheart will not be responsible for any items lost with the non-traceable shipping way.

*Definition of delivery date: for EMS/DHL and some registeredairmail packages, the delivery date is displayed on the courier's trackingwebsite. For orders that do not have online delivery dates provided by thecourier, the delivery days is assumed to be 21 calendar days after shipmentarranged.
